Welcome to Ware's Chapel!
Services:
We offer a Sunday School for all ages of children and adults. Our Sunday School classes begin at 9:30 a.m. Classes for the younger children include an opening of music and fellowship before separating into their age-appropriate classes. Worship service begins at 10:30 a.m. There is a staffed nursery available during both Sunday School and the worship service for children age 3 and under. Children's Church is open to all little ones ages 3-11 after the Children's Moment.
Communion is served on the first Sunday of each month. All are welcome to partake of this sacrament.
On the 3rd Sunday of each month, the worship service is held in the Fellowship Hall. A light brunch is served and may be enjoyed during the entire service.
Most of the congregation dresses casually. Our church is air-conditioned in the summer, and comfortably warm in the winter, and is handicap-accessible. There is ample parking at the church on the paved lot and in the overflow lot.
The VanAusdal Park area was dedicated several years ago, and offers playground equipment, a volleyball court, and a picnic shelter along the creek.

In 1995 an addition was built, which includes a modern kitchen and a spacious Fellowship Hall.
Several Scout troops and 4-H clubs use the building for meetings.
We are a registered voting location and designated emergency shelter.
Ware's Chapel also houses the Monroe Township Food Bank, which is staffed by area volunteers.
Pastor Tyler Williams serves Ware's Chapel. He and his wife Holly reside in the parsonage. Pastor Tyler will begin seminary studies at United Theological Seminary in January.
The "Salt and Light" Women's Bible Study meets on Monday evenings (summer months excluded). They use literature by various authors for discussion.
Another Bible Study meets on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and is open to all.
A Vacation Bible School is held mid-summer for children in the area.
Our United Methodist Women's unit meets on the first Wednesday of each month (except during the summer) and sponsors the annual fall Smorgasbord & Bazaar among other events.
An active Youth Fellowship meets regularly and enjoys outings and activities.
